Rubitec Limited is a renewable energy company based in Lagos, Nigeria. Rubitec was founded in 2004 by Mr. Bolade Soremekun. Mr Soremekun is also the CEO and managing director of Rubitec. Rubitec designs, installs, operates, and maintains of off-grid solar systems for a variety of uses.It is also a retailer and distributor of solar power products like inverters, batteries, charge controllers and solar panel modules. Rubitec has a partnership 'Rubitec Africa' with Wawa Energy Solutions, Ltd Ghana and BAS Associates Consulting, Nigeria.

A full-service solar company, Rubitec provides bespoke solar and inverter installations for stand-alone systems for residential homes and businesses. Rubitec also has installations in the telecom, ICT and banking industries. It has undertaken installations of ATMs, solar street lamps, water pumps, and solar systems for hospitals and clinics. Rubitec is a player in Nigeria's rural electrification projects. In 2018, it worked in collaboration with GIZ and the Ogun State Government to provide a solar hybrid with mini-grid to a community in Ogun State.
Rubitec also provides post-installation maintenance and care services.
After partnering with 'All On', the Shell-funded off-grid energy impact investment company, to provide subsidised training in solar and inverter systems of 120 professionals affiliated to the Niger Delta, Rubitec said it will start the Rubitec Academy. RA will seek to develop future players in the renewable energy industry through a 1-year workplace training programme. Rubitec will provide support, coaching and mentorship for the trainees who will be responsible for driving their own development.
According to Rubitec, only graduates who have completed their NYSC would be allowed to start the programme. Rubitec Academy hopes to partner with universities, polytechnics and technical/vocational colleges.
