Solar Force Renewable Energy Limited was founded in 2008 as an affiliate of Solar Force Corporation, U.S.A. It is based in Abuja, Nigeria. Solar Force Nigeria has installed solar streetlights in 35 States in Nigeria with the singular exception of Borno State. Since inception, Solar Force Nigeria has installed more than 1.5 MW of solar electricity for the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN), Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Akwa Ibom State Government, Federal Capital Territory Administration, Rural Electrification Agency, United Bank of Africa and other public and private agencies across Nigeria. Solar Force Nigeria is a member of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES).
Solar Force Nigeria has its head office at 1 Rima Street, Maitama 900271, Abuja.
In 2018, Solar Force Nigeria undertook the installation of a micro-grid for a community of about 150 households in Aman Ikuru of Andoni LGA, Rivers State. It also undertook the installation of a micro-grid for an off-grid community of about 200 households in the remote areas of Delta State.

Solar Force Nigeria is a full-service solar company. It provides power auditing, bespoke system design, planning, installation and post-installation maintenance services. Solar Force Nigeria is also a retailer, distributor and installer of renewable energy products like batteries, solar panels, solarstreet lights and inverters. Solar Force Nigeria has its own brand of gel-cell batteries and solar streetlights.
